Evaluation Rules

Account Types

Lvlup Futures offers two separate account structures:
1. Lvlup Accounts
2. Starter Accounts.

Both structures are available in 25K, 50K, 100K and 150K sizes, but they have different payment models, drawdown limits, funded profit structures and payout conditions.

Traders should review the rules for the selected account type rather than assuming both structures work identically.

One-Step Evaluation

Both account structures use a one-step evaluation model.

Traders must reach the required profit target, complete the minimum number of trading days and remain within all applicable drawdown and consistency conditions.

There is no second evaluation phase after these requirements are completed.

Minimum Trading Days

A minimum of five separate trading days is required. One trading day is counted when the trader places an executed trade during that trading session.

For Lvlup Accounts, the five-day requirement applies during the evaluation and also before funded payout eligibility.

A trader cannot pass or request a payout only by reaching the financial target if the minimum-day requirement has not been completed.

Lvlup Evaluation Duration

Lvlup Accounts have no fixed maximum evaluation deadline under the current trading framework. A trader can continue working toward the profit target as long as the account remains active, billing requirements are met and no trading rule is breached.

This unlimited duration should not be confused with inactivity. Even without a final evaluation deadline, the account must still meet the activity requirement.

Lvlup Account Profit Targets

The profit target depends on the selected Lvlup Account size:

Account SizeProfit Target
25K6%, or $1,500
50K6%, or $3,000
100K7%, or $7,000
150K8%, or $12,000

The target must be reached through compliant trading while the account remains above its maximum drawdown threshold and within the 40% consistency requirement.

Starter Account Profit Targets

The profit target depends on the selected Starter Account size:

Account SizeProfit Target
25K6%, or $1,500
50K6%, or $3,000
100K7%, or $7,000
150K8%, or $12,000

Reaching the target alone does not complete the evaluation. The trader must also satisfy the minimum trading days, consistency requirement, drawdown limits and evaluation time limit.

Starter Evaluation Duration

Starter Account evaluations have a maximum duration of 30 days. The trader must complete the profit target and all evaluation conditions within that period.

Account Inactivity

An evaluation account must record at least one executed trade within every 30-day period to remain active. The inactivity timer cannot be paused at any account stage.

Drawdown Rules

Lvlup Accounts Maximum Drawdown

Lvlup Accounts use a maximum drawdown equal to 5% of the starting balance:

Account SizeMaximum drawdown
25K$1,250
50K$2,500
100K$5,000
150K$7,500

The account must remain above the active drawdown threshold at all times. Reaching or falling below the threshold is a hard breach.

Starter Accounts Maximum Drawdown

Starter Accounts use the following maximum drawdown limits:

Account SizeMaximum drawdown
25K4%, or $1,000
50K4%, or $2,000
100K3%, or $3,000
150K3%, or $4,500

The account must remain above the active drawdown threshold at all times. Reaching or falling below the threshold is a hard breach.

Starter Accounts EOD Trailing Drawdown

Starter drawdown is shown as end-of-day trailing in the latest data. The threshold therefore follows account performance using an end-of-day or closed-balance framework rather than constantly following every unrealized intraday movement.

Lvlup EOD Trailing Drawdown

The Lvlup drawdown is a trailing drawdown calculated from the account’s highest closed balance. It does not move based on unrealized intraday equity.

As the trader closes profitable trades and creates a new highest closed balance, the drawdown threshold moves upward.

Temporary unrealized profit does not move the threshold unless that profit is closed and becomes part of the account balance.

Lvlup Drawdown Lock

The Lvlup trailing drawdown continues moving until the account reaches 6% profit. At that point, the drawdown stops trailing and permanently locks at the original starting balance.

For example, a 100K account begins with a 95K drawdown threshold. If the closed balance reaches 106K, the threshold locks at 100K and does not rise further, even if the account later grows substantially.

No Daily Loss Limit

Lvlup Accounts do not have a separate daily loss limit. Traders are not forced to stop because of an independent daily threshold, but the overall trailing drawdown remains active.

This rule must never be described as unlimited loss. Traders must remain above the maximum trailing-loss threshold at all times.

Consistency Rules

The 40% Consistency Requirement

The consistency ratio is calculated by dividing the trader’s most profitable trading day by total accumulated profit, then multiplying by 100.

The result must be 40% or lower. This prevents one unusually large day from producing most of the account’s total profit and rewards repeatable performance rather than high-risk single-day results.

Consistency Example

If a trader’s best day is $2,000 and total profit is $8,000, the consistency score is 25%, which passes.

If the best day is $3,500 and total profit is $8,000, the score is 43.75%, which does not pass. The trader would need to continue trading until total profit reaches at least $8,750, bringing the $3,500 best day down to 40% of total profit.

Funded Consistency

The 40% consistency rule applies to both the Lvlup evaluation and funded payout eligibility. A funded trader must have a compliant consistency score when submitting a payout request.

Failing Consistency Is Not a Breach

Exceeding the consistency percentage does not automatically close the account. The trader can continue trading and building total profit until the best day represents 40% or less of the total.

The account only becomes eligible to pass or request a payout after the consistency requirement is satisfied.

Starter Evaluation Consistency

Starter Accounts use a 40% consistency requirement during the evaluation. The trader’s best evaluation day must remain at or below 40% of total evaluation profit.

Trading Conditions

News Trading Is Allowed

Lvlup Futures allows trading during scheduled economic news events. There is no standard three-minute restriction preventing trades immediately before or after news.

News trading does not remove the requirement to trade responsibly. Attempts to exploit delayed feeds, execution issues or abnormal pricing can still be treated as prohibited activity.

Weekend Holding Is Not Allowed

All positions must be closed before the weekend. A trader cannot carry futures positions across the weekend or leave pending orders active after the permitted close.

This restriction protects the account from weekend gaps and periods when normal risk controls may not be available.

Hedging Within One Account

Hedging positions inside the same account is allowed, provided the trading activity remains genuine, risk-managed and compliant with all other rules.

The ability to hedge inside one account does not allow traders to create coordinated opposite exposure across different accounts.

Overnight Holding Is Not Allowed

Positions cannot remain open overnight. On standard non-holiday trading days, all positions and pending orders must be closed or cancelled by 15:55 CST.

The platform may automatically liquidate positions at that time, but traders remain responsible for complying with the rule.

Trading Session Reopening

After the daily close, trading can resume from the 17:00 CST CME Globex open.

Orders should only be placed after the permitted trading session has reopened.

Holiday Trading Responsibility

Automatic liquidation may not function during modified holiday trading sessions. Traders are personally responsible for reviewing holiday schedules and closing all positions before the relevant market closes.

Failure to close a position during special holiday hours may result in account loss.

Contracts and Account Limits

E-mini and Micro Conversion

Lvlup uses a 1:10 conversion ratio. One E-mini contract is treated as equivalent to ten Micro contracts.

A trader can combine products, but the total combined exposure cannot exceed the account’s position limit. For example, a 50K account can hold up to three E-mini contracts, 30 Micro contracts or an equivalent mixture.

Exposure Is Aggregated

Contract limits are calculated across all open positions. Opening positions in several different futures markets does not create separate contract allowances for each instrument.

Once the maximum exposure is reached, no additional positions can be opened until the trader reduces an existing position.

Maximum Total Allocation

The maximum total active allocation is $1,000,000 per trader. This limit can be built from different account sizes and can include multiple assessment or funded accounts.

Once the combined starting balances reach $1 million, no additional active account allocation can be added.

Maximum Contract Limits

Maximum position size depends on the account’s starting balance:

Account Size E-mini contracts Equivalent Micro contracts
25K110
50K330
100K660
150K990

The maximum is the trader’s total open exposure across all instruments, not a separate allowance for each market.

Multiple Accounts

Traders may hold multiple active evaluation or funded accounts. There is no fixed number of accounts per size under the current framework.

The primary restriction is the combined starting-balance limit across all active accounts.

Lvlup Payout Rules

Payout Eligibility

A funded Lvlup trader must satisfy the 40% consistency requirement and the applicable funded trading-day requirement before requesting a payout.

Reaching a positive balance alone does not create immediate payout eligibility. All funded rules must be satisfied at the time of the request.

Payout Processing

Approved payout requests are processed within approximately 24 to 48 hours. Payouts are handled through the approved payout providers, currently Rise or Crypto, after identity verification and account review.

Processing time begins after the request has been correctly submitted and approved.

Drawdown After a Payout

A payout does not reset or lower the account’s drawdown requirement. When profit is withdrawn, the full withdrawal amount is removed from the account balance, including the trader’s and firm’s portions.

Withdrawing too much profit can bring the account balance close to or below the locked drawdown threshold. A trader should therefore review the remaining account balance before requesting the maximum amount.

Payout Cycle

Lvlup payout requests are available every 14 days. There must be at least 14 days between approved payout requests.

This is a biweekly payout cycle, not an on-demand payout system.

Maximum Payout Amount

The maximum payout request is 10% of the account’s original starting balance:

Account Size Maximum Payout
25K$2,500
50K$5,000
100K$10,000
150K$15,000

The cap is based on the starting balance, not the account’s current balance.

Payout Request Processing State

A payout request must be reviewed and processed before the account moves forward.

Traders should avoid assuming that requested funds are available until the payout has been approved and completed.

Profit Split Rules

Lvlup Accounts Base Profit Split

Lvlup funded accounts use an 80% base profit split. The trader receives 80% of an approved payout and the remaining share is retained under the funded-account structure.

Starter Accounts Profit Split

Starter funded accounts use a 100% profit split. The trader keeps the eligible payout amount, subject to the Starter payout cap, profit-withdrawal limit and maximum-payout journey.

A 100% profit split does not mean that all account profit can always be withdrawn in one request. The separate payout limitations still apply.

Starter Accounts Payout Rules

Starter Profit Split

Starter Accounts offer a 100% profit split on eligible payouts. The trader keeps the approved payout amount, subject to the account’s payout cap, minimum payout requirement, profit-withdrawal limit and maximum number of payouts.

A 100% profit split does not mean the entire account profit can be withdrawn in one request. All other Starter payout conditions still apply.

Maximum 50% Profit Withdrawal

A trader may withdraw a maximum of 50% of the profit generated on the Starter Account in a single payout.

The payable amount is limited by both the generated-profit rule and the account’s maximum payout cap. The lower eligible amount determines the maximum available payout.

For example, if a trader has generated $4,000 in profit and the account allows a maximum payout of $2,500, the 50% profit rule would allow a maximum withdrawal of $2,000.

Maximum Five Payouts

Each Starter Account is limited to a maximum of five approved payouts.

After the fifth payout is completed, the Starter Account journey ends and no further payouts can be requested from that account.

Account Lock Upon Payout

When a Starter payout is requested, the account is locked. New trading activity cannot be placed from the account while the payout lock is active.

This protects the payout calculation and prevents the account balance from changing while the request is being processed.

Size-Based Starter Accounts Payout Cap

Maximum position size depends on the account’s starting balance:

Account Size Maximum payout percentage Maximum amount
25K4%$1,000
50K4%$2,000
100K2.5%$2,500
150K2%$3,000

These figures represent the maximum payout allowed for the selected Starter size during a payout period.

A payout request cannot exceed the maximum amount assigned to the selected account size.

Account Lock During Payout

The latest Starter rules state that the account is locked upon payout. This indicates that trading access is restricted during the payout process.

Minimum Payout Requirement

Starter Accounts have the following minimum payout thresholds:

Account Size Minimum payout threshold
25K2%
50K1%
100K0.5%
150K0.333%

These percentages represent approximately $500 of eligible profit for each Starter Account size.

Payout Rule Compliance

All payout conditions must be satisfied at the time the payout request is submitted. This includes the minimum payout requirement, maximum payout cap, generated-profit limit and any applicable account restrictions.

A payout request may be rejected or adjusted if the requested amount exceeds the account’s eligible payout amount.

Billing and Account Lifecycle

Website Selection and Dashboard Checkout

No payment is completed directly on the public Lvlup Futures website.

The trader selects an account type and size, then presses Proceed to continue to the external dashboard. Account configuration, platform selection, payment method, discounts, optional add-ons and account activation are completed inside the dashboard.

Lvlup One-Time Evaluation

Lvlup Accounts can also be accessed through a One-Time evaluation payment.

The trader pays once for the evaluation and does not receive recurring monthly evaluation charges. Passing the evaluation still requires payment of the applicable activation fee before the funded account becomes active.

No Funded Monthly Evaluation Fee

Once the Lvlup evaluation has been passed and the activation fee has been paid, the evaluation billing ends.

The funded Lvlup Account does not carry an ongoing monthly evaluation subscription.

No Starter Activation Fee

Starter Accounts do not require an additional activation fee after the evaluation is passed.

After completing the evaluation and required verification steps, the trader can proceed to the funded Starter Account without paying a separate post-pass activation charge.

Monthly Subscription Cancellation

An active Lvlup monthly evaluation can be cancelled through the dashboard.

The trader keeps access until the end of the current paid billing period. No additional renewal is charged after the cancellation becomes effective.

Lvlup Monthly Evaluation

Lvlup Accounts can be accessed through a monthly evaluation payment.

The monthly charge continues only while the evaluation remains active. Monthly billing stops once the trader passes, breaches or cancels the evaluation according to the account conditions.

Lvlup Activation Fee

After passing a Lvlup evaluation, the trader must pay the required activation fee before receiving access to the funded account.

The activation fee is a mandatory post-pass payment and is completed inside the external dashboard. The trader has 30 days after passing to complete the activation payment.

Starter One-Time Fee

Starter Accounts are available through a One-Time Fee only.

There is no monthly Starter evaluation subscription. The trader pays once to begin the evaluation and receives access for the applicable evaluation period.

Starter Discount Limit

Discounts on Starter Accounts are capped at a maximum of 10%.

Any available promotional or affiliate discount must remain within this maximum limit.

No Reset After Breach

A breached account cannot be reset, restored or reopened.

A trader who wishes to continue after a breach must begin a new evaluation through a new account purchase.

Hard Breach

A hard breach occurs when the trader violates a critical trading or risk condition, including the maximum drawdown or prohibited trading rules.

A hard breach closes the affected account. Funded profits may also become ineligible unless the account has valid Payout Protector coverage and all payout conditions are satisfied.

Payout Protector

Optional Account Enhancement

Payout Protector is an optional account enhancement. It is not required to purchase or trade an evaluation.

The enhancement costs a fixed additional $25 and must be added during the account purchase process.

Payout Protector Does Not Prevent a Breach

Payout Protector does not increase the drawdown limit, remove trading restrictions or keep a breached account active.

The affected account is still closed after a hard breach. The enhancement only changes how eligible funded gains may be treated after the breach.

Protection of Eligible Funded Gains

If a funded Lvlup Account is breached while holding eligible profit, Payout Protector may allow the trader to receive the eligible share of those gains.

The payout remains subject to the account’s profit split, payout requirements, trading rules and applicable terms.

Payout Protector Eligibility

The account must have Payout Protector active before the qualifying breach occurs.

It cannot be added after the account has already breached or after a payout-protection claim becomes necessary.

Platforms and Execution

Supported Trading Platforms

Lvlup Futures currently supports:

  1. DXtrade
  2. Volumetrica

The available platform is selected inside the external dashboard. Pricing may vary depending on the selected account type, size and trading platform.

Market pricing, order execution and platform functionality are provided through external exchanges, data providers and trading infrastructure.

Traders must use these systems for genuine market participation.

Trader May not attempt to exploit technical delays, incorrect pricing or platform errors.

Lvlup Trading Terminal

Lvlup Trading Terminal is a future proprietary trading environment currently in development.

It is not yet available for live evaluation or funded-account selection and should be treated as an upcoming platform.

Futures Commission Rates

Trading commissions are charged per side and may vary by product.

Futures products Commission per side

Verification and Account Ownership

KYC Verification

KYC means Know Your Customer and is used to verify the identity of the registered trader.

After passing an evaluation, the trader must complete identity verification through Sumsub. Funded-account activation and payout access may remain unavailable until verification has been successfully completed.

Simulated Trading Environment

Lvlup evaluations and funded accounts operate in a simulated trading environment unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable agreement.

Performance is measured using simulated market activity, while payout eligibility remains subject to the account rules and funded terms.

Personal Account Use

Every account is personal to the verified account holder.

Account credentials may not be shared, sold, transferred or used by another individual. The registered trader must personally manage all activity performed through the account.

Funded Trader Agreement

Before receiving access to a funded account, the trader may be required to accept a separate Funded Trader Agreement.

The agreement governs funded access, payouts, account conduct, enforcement and other funded-stage conditions.

Device and Access Monitoring

Lvlup Futures may review account access, device information, IP addresses and trading patterns to protect account security and prevent unauthorized use.

Unusual or conflicting access may result in additional verification, account restriction or termination.

Prohibited Trading Rules

Pricing and Latency Exploitation

Traders may not exploit delayed price feeds, incorrect quotes, platform errors, latency differences or execution faults.

Trading must be based on genuine market decisions rather than attempts to benefit from a technical issue or temporary pricing discrepancy.

Front-Running

Traders may not place orders using advance knowledge of another order that is about to enter the market.

This includes using information from another account, trader, group or platform to enter before an expected market-moving order.

Cross-Account Hedging

Opposing positions may not be placed across separate accounts to neutralize risk.

This includes hedging between two Lvlup Accounts or between a Lvlup Account and an account held with another firm.

Mirroring Between Different Traders

Trades may not be copied or mirrored between accounts owned by different people.

Repeatedly matching entries, exits, instruments, position sizes or timing across unrelated accounts may result in a compliance review.

Third-Party Challenge-Passing Services

Traders may not use purchased, rented or managed services designed to pass an evaluation on their behalf.

The evaluation must reflect the registered trader’s own decisions, strategy and risk management.

Manipulative Strategy Switching

A trader may not use an artificial or excessively aggressive strategy only to pass the evaluation and then completely change the strategy after receiving a funded account.

Trading should demonstrate a genuine and reasonably consistent approach across the evaluation and funded stages.

Account Sharing

Account access may not be shared with another person.

No third party may trade, manage or operate the account on behalf of the registered trader.

Spam and Unauthorized Solicitation

Lvlup services may not be used to send unsolicited commercial messages, promote unauthorized services or solicit other traders.

Insider or Non-Public Information

Trading using confidential, insider or non-public information is prohibited.

All trading decisions must be based on information legally available to the public.

Cross-Account Arbitrage

Arbitrage between Lvlup Accounts or between Lvlup Futures and another trading firm is prohibited.

Traders may not create coordinated positions across multiple accounts to guarantee a profit or remove normal market risk.

Group Trading

Coordinated trading between different traders is not permitted.

Users may not enter or exit trades together through shared signals, synchronized strategies or organized account groups intended to reproduce matching results.

Automated Copying Between Traders

Bots, Expert Advisors, scripts or other automation may not be used to copy trades between different traders or coordinated accounts.

Automation designed to bypass account-ownership or group-trading restrictions is prohibited.

Copy Trading Between Your Own Accounts

Copy trading may only be used across accounts owned by the same verified trader and must remain within all allocation, contract and exposure limits.

The trader remains responsible for every copied trade and every rule violation created by the copying process.

Gambling and All-In Trading

All-in trading, excessive leverage and placing a substantial portion of the account at risk on one market movement are prohibited.

Traders are expected to use structured risk management rather than binary-style betting or repeated maximum-risk positions.

Platform Manipulation

Traders may not hack, reverse engineer, interfere with, overload or bypass the security of the website, dashboard or trading platforms.

The use of malware, malicious links, unauthorized scraping or denial-of-service activity is prohibited.

Regulatory and Exchange Compliance

Trading must comply with applicable exchange rules, platform conditions and regulatory requirements.

Activity that threatens exchange relationships, creates execution risk or results in cancelled trades may be treated as prohibited conduct.

Enforcement of Rule Violations

A prohibited-trading violation may result in account suspension, permanent termination, loss of funded eligibility, forfeiture of profits and loss of paid fees.

Trading activity may be reviewed before funded approval or payout processing. Lvlup Futures may take action when account activity violates the trading rules, platform conditions or applicable agreements.
